Code Enforcement Official

• A Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) is an official employed by a city or county who is responsible for enforcing local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure public safety and well-being. They typically investigate violations, issue warnings or citations, and may take legal action if necessary.

Electrical Inspector

• Primary responsibility is ensuring electrical systems and equipment meet safety codes and regulations. They conduct inspections, review plans.

Fire Extinguisher Technician

• responsible for dismantling, reassembling, recharging units and hydrostatically testing fire extinguishers. The job involves ensuring that fire extinguishers are up to code, recharging units, and performing routine maintenance. Technicians might also train others on proper fire extinguisher use and are key in overseeing fire safety equipment maintenance.
